SHIPPING
We always do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. This is why we work alongside trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, GLS, BRT and many more to provide Europe & Worldwide shipping.
All of our orders are shipped from Southtyrol, Italy.
You can choose from different shipping methods and calculate the shipping cost during checkout.
SHIPPING TIMES
- Italy, Austria, Germany: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with the received product, please send it back unworn and in original packaging to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please also email us at info@ahrwood.eu or use the contact form below to inform us.
We'll issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
WARRANTY
All of our products are fully guaranteed for one year to the original purchaser. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
